Proper alignment increases the time between failures on bearings, seals, pumps, gearboxes and motors.  Our precise Laser Alignment can quickly improve the running condition and dependability of your equipment.  Our Optical Alignment is a proven standard in setting baselines to accurately set your equipment on both vertical and horizontal planes.     

In addition, our technicians, provide you with detailed print outs of laser alignments and detailed charts of optical alignments.

Capabilites

• Rotolign Ultra :Shaft alignment from ½” to 24+” in diameter.  Compensation for all thermal growth , Jackshafts up to 20’ long, and we can provide a print out on site for each alignment.

• Brunson Transit Square: Able to square and level at the same time.  Range from 3” to 50’ accurate within 0.001 of an inch.

• Wild T-2 Theoldolite: Capable of squaring equipment and transferring centerlines to 0.001 of an inch with a range of 5’ to infinity. 

• K-E Tilt Barrel Level: Capable of leveling base plates, bearing pedestals, and shafts within 0.001 of an inch.
